In recent years, hydrogen water has garnered significant attention in the health and wellness community. Touted as a powerful antioxidant with potential benefits ranging from improved athletic performance to enhanced skin health, hydrogen water is becoming a popular choice for those looking to optimize their health. But what exactly is hydrogen water, and what does the science say about its impact on health?

What is Hydrogen Water?

Hydrogen water is simply water that has been infused with molecular hydrogen (H2), a gas that is said to act as a potent antioxidant. While regular water (H2O) naturally contains two hydrogen atoms, these are bound to oxygen and are not available for biological activity. My Take: It is difficult to determine to what extend hydrogen water helped, but I can say that combined with other biohacking techniques, my skeletal muscle aches reduced. My eyes in the morning are not as puffy.

My Take: A long term study could potentially provide a better understanding of the hydrogen water and cognitive health
